The DC Brilliant Teachers College (DCBTCO) is located in Bukoba Kagera region, 6km North of Bukoba municipality. DCBTCO was registered in November 2020 by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology with registration number of CU 154, and the Brilliant Nyakato Open School (BNOS) was registered by the Institute of Adult Education on May 30, 2020 to offer non-formal secondary education though open and distance learning.

iii. To enable our graduates to more innovative and self reliant.
iv. To produce and promote leaders with moral conduct and instilled with a sense of care for humanity.
v. The institution is to be a mirror image with the environment it is situated.
MISSION
i. To develop and maintain the ideas of research and evaluation both theoretically and practically.
ii. The DCBTCO shall do what is helpful to the community and to the nation at large.
iii. To enable people surrounding the institution share the development programmes together.
iv. To meet the need of the learners that shall later be beneficial to the society at large.
